Obituary of Michael Allen Criqui

Michael Allen Criqui, the son of Allen and Robin Criqui, was born June 4, 1992, in Corydon, Iowa. He graduated from Bradshaw Mountain High School in Prescott, Arizona with the class of 2011. Michael enjoyed music, watching the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Blackhawks and collecting and wearing his Michael Jordan basketball shoes. Michael died on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. He was 23 years old. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kayla Gullion and his grandfathers, Ron Fresh, Sr. and Terry Masters. Those left to honor Michael's memory include his parents, Allen and Robin Criqui of Indianola, IA; his daughter, Le'Aira Criqui (Mishana Cornejo) ; his Brothers, Cody (Nicole) Criqui and Brian Gullion; his sister, Kylie Criqui (Zeb Laurie); niece Madilyn Laurie and nephews Slevin Kern and Damon Criqui and his grandparents, Liz and Chuck Stanley, Charlotte Masters, Glenn and Peggy Criqui and any cousins, aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home in Newton. The family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home.
